HOW TO USE -
Mix one heaping scoop (7g) with 250-300ml of water or your favorite cold beverage. For beginners, we recommended half scoop 20-30 minutes before workout. Drink plenty of water during your workout.
CAUTION -
if you have had a myocardial infarction (heart attack). Do not use if you are under 16 years of age, pregnant or nursing. Consult your physician before use if you have a medical condition or are taking any prescription.
